Connect · The people behind the practice
Map of Meditation brings responsible health context, guided meditation and meaningful spiritual practice into one clear and compassionate wellness experience.

Who we are
We create guided meditation experiences for people navigating health challenges and for anyone seeking a more grounded spiritual practice.
Our course structure makes each pathway easy to understand: learn the context, see the technique, practise with guidance and carry simple actions into daily life.
Our mission
Offer clear, approachable practices that help people feel calmer, more informed and less alone during demanding moments.
Our vision
Build a world where medical responsibility and safe spiritual wellbeing can sit together with honesty and respect.
Our promise
Our programs complement qualified medical guidance. They never replace diagnosis, prescribed treatment or advice from a clinician.

Why we started Map of Meditation
A diagnosis can change more than the body. It can affect confidence, routine, relationships and a person’s sense of meaning. Too often, people receive information without a simple way to support their inner wellbeing.
Map of Meditation began to close that gap. We wanted to create a place where participants could first understand a practice, then experience calm through guided meditation and—when meaningful to them—connect with a spiritual tradition.
“Knowledge can guide the body. A steady practice can support the person living inside it.”
What makes us different
Disease-focused pathways open with clear health context before meditation begins.
Participants can understand the tone and method before requesting a full program.
Deity-specific practices are offered as meaningful options, never imposed as requirements.
Each course closes with practical steps for building a calm, consistent routine.
Our growing reach
Map of Meditation is being shaped for people across locations, ages and personal belief systems while keeping the experience simple and deeply human.
